I got full head of balayage done at the richmond branch by Seb, he was incredibly sweet and professional and gave me the exact colour I wanted, originally I intended to get highlights but at our consultation he advised me to do balayage instead and I’m so grateful I followed his advice. I also got my blowout done by Asha and I’m so happy with the result! Would definitely recommend this salon.

I booked my haircut which was so easy to do on their website with a fantastic welcome discount. I was slightly nervous about how it was going to look as it was going to be such a big change for me but as soon as I walked in the door, I had such a warm welcome. Offering me anything to drink and didn’t wait long at all for the wonderful Aga. I spoke to her about my insecurities and she made me feel so much better about them. She was so kind and warm and did such a brilliant job with my haircut from start to end. I am so incredibly happy with how my hair looks. She even took the extra time to teach me how to style it and walked me through everything. She gave me any advice I had asked and made me feel so comfortable, making me laugh and being so attentive. I will definitely be making Trevor Sorbie my only hairdresser from now on. I saw that Aga was recently promoted and so well deserved, she was truly incredible. Thank you so much again to the brilliant team, can’t wait to come back soon!x

I had a lovely first visit to Trevor Sorbie, made even better with the welcome discount. Evie did my balayage, cut and finish, and was incredibly professional throughout. She checked at every step that I was happy and completely transformed my hair the result is beautiful! Highly recommend!

I always have an amazing experience at Trevor Sorbie Richmond. This time I was booked in with Asha, and she absolutely transformed my hair. After years of box-dye build-up, I wanted something more natural, softer, and much lower-maintenance. Asha knew exactly what to do - she talked me through the colours that would best compliment my skin tone and face, and she chose shades that blended perfectly and looked effortless. She was totally transparent about what was achievable and what would suit me best for both colour and cut, and the result is honestly better than I’d imagined. My hair looks healthier, more natural and so much more “me,” without needing constant upkeep. The whole salon experience was incredible too. Everyone was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the level of care throughout the appointment was exceptional. The atmosphere is fun, the team is professional, and the treatment itself felt luxurious from start to finish. I also want to recommend Senior Technician Aga, who I have seen in the past - she's unbelievable as well! Thank you both for such beautiful work every time, I’m never going to any other salon! I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Aga at Trevor Sorbie Richmond, and it genuinely exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, she created a space that felt calm, kind, and completely attuned to me. I’d shared that I have ADHD - something I often hesitate to mention - but she picked up on exactly how best to work with that. She explained things clearly, without overwhelm, and made it easy for me to ask questions and feel at ease just being myself. That kind of intuitive empathy is rare. What really stood out, though, is her expertise. She’s not just skilled - she’s deeply knowledgeable, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about her craft. We talked through their new colour system (Yuv) and how to achieve a look that would be both long-lasting and flattering as it grows out. Her recommendations were spot on, and the result is both effortless and elevated - subtle highlights with face-framing that really lifts the whole look. The salon itself is lovely (the massage chairs at the backwash were bliss), and I left with sleek, healthy hair and a big smile on my face. See the photos — they say it all.
